ABOUT
Founded in 1977 from a Bible study started in the basement of the Robinsons' home, Freedom Baptist Church has had a committed history of wholeheartedly serving the Lord Jesus Christ, growing together in grace, and reaching the community of Auburn with the saving knowledge of the gospel. It is our desire that, "...by this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another."

To spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through a local witness to our community and worldwide through support of missions.
WHAT WE DO
Helping those who have come to know Christ as their Saviour to grow in His grace, walk with Him daily, and serve Him faithfully with their lives.
OUR COMMUNITY
Auburn is centrally located in the Fingerlakes Region of Central New York, rich in significant American history, and integral to the surrounding farm communities.
Our Pastor
Pastor David Dunbar
In August of 1991, the church welcomed Pastor David Dunbar to the pastorate along with his wife Debby and their five children. Pastor Dunbar has a heart for the people of Auburn and, as a native of Rochester, a special love for New York. He is still faithfully serving at Freedom Baptist Church and his desire is to see souls brought to Christ, lives changed, and Christians growing for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.
